It seems my weight training is causing AF the day or 2 after my workout.
Should I stop or continue, I enjoy lifting moderate weights and keeping in shape but getting AF in afternoon and tiredness the next day.

The NHS advice in this situation appears to be avoid exercise that encourages AF and/or talk to your GP about the type of exercise that you can do. To me that seems to a clear cut sensible course of action under the circumstances and I would be following it if it applied to me.
At 60, why give up weight training? Don't know your treatment history, but starting from scratch I would be looking at an ablation. If not that, how about a daily anti-arrhythmic like flecainide that would allow you more activity without going into afib? Or even taking it PIP the days you know you're going to lift. Or even experimenting with a beta blocker or calcium channel blocker like Diltiazem, either daily or PIP.

Have you been told by a medical expert that your weight training is causing a problem? If so I would stop, but take advice as to what is an acceptable alternative.
Stop all alcohol and caffeine for several months and see if that stops the atrial fib.
Can't see why weights bring it on after several days
I'm the same. Consultant told me to stop
I used to like going to the gym 3-4 times a week for several years pre covid aged 60
Had been feeling tired exhausted so decided to get fit.
Hour cross trainer then weights while doing weights I’d want to fall asleep
Unaware my heart was Bradycardia. I’ve had bradycardia and Arrythmia all my life now I know the signs.
All came to light January 24 with ECG at GPs heart was Bradycardic. Tachycardic AFib. Arrythmia, arterial flutter. Low blood pressure.
Stress and after exercise my heart rate plummets to low 30s currently goes between 23-184
My last 24hr ECG was a few weeks ago and went AFib 479 times in 23 hours. Hearts racing 150+ all day every day
I have the worlds smallest most accurate wireless cardiac monitor implant injected into my chest linked via phone app to my hospital 24/7 as my heart is so screwed up.
Always best to get checked out
Good luck
My Dr. recommended I do weights to avoid loss of strength and muscle wastage. I'm over 81 and on Apixaban.
All the best.

Simple test. Stop for a few days, no Afib? No weight training.
If you enjoy it that much, I can appreciate why you don't want to stop, but if it is actually causing Afib, just remember, Afib usually creates MORE afib, so why help it to increase?!
if you are on Apixaban it can make you breathless and tired it has to me
My cardiologist didn’t like me squatting with weights as it restricts flow in the femoral artery. Based on my case I would recommend getting medical guidance in the meantime. Good luck.
