Merry Christmas to everyone on this great group. I’m 14 weeks post op and over in Barbados for Christmas so anyone who is waiting for their operation I wish them the very best and life will return xx

Hi Andy. We’ve cone for the last 4 years after having my operation in September I really didn’t think I’d be coming this year but here I am. Where do you staying when you’re over here ? The weather is amazing by the way 😎

So pleased you are able to do that Lauren, a great end to a difficult year for both of us. We will be at sugar cane club in speightstown from 30th and then doing a cruise early in Jan. from Barbados where are you staying on the island?

We are staying in a condo in Hastings. We usually stay at Coconut court but thought we would try a condo this year. It’s beautiful

We do keep saying we will do a cruise from here. Maybe next year. How did you go on with insurance, I heard it was difficult to get insurance on a cruise ?

We used stay sure insurance Lauren, it was a touch over £400 for the year including cruise cover so a bit expensive but we only over once for sure!

We stayed near to you last time at Bougainvillea resort. Hope you’re having a lovely time! When do you fo back to uk?

Having a great time. We arrived on the 23rd and we leave on the 5th but don’t want to think about leaving yet haha.

It was a day on the beach. We did our Christmas dinners before we came 😊

Bravo! This is my intention too after I’ve healed and been checked. Bucket list with family trip… a little reward to ourselves.
