Descending ST wave depression causes

Is ischemia the likely cause of exercise induced descending ST waves? Would a three lead monitor be able to identify the location of the ischemic area? Had 2 stents in LAD 6 months ago. Thanks

I had one a few years ago. It did show “marked ischemia” during exercise I do not recall how many leads. My GP referred me to a cardiologist. He was not concerned and said holter monitors are really only good for rhythm issues. Like always not medical advice and talk to your doctor for your specific situation.
