I have pain either left or right chest or in shoulder at rest or in sleeping.This is very uncomfortable to me.

Already, I have taken medicine Roseday75/20 and Propranolol 40 mg .

But no any relief.

Also, I have done my CT coronary angiography in which 30 to 40% soft mural blockage in LAD.

Please advise me to relief.

this is between you and your doctor. The doctor needs to diagnose exactly what is wrong, and the try to find some pain reliever that would suit you.
