I have discovered that about 2 hours after morning meds I begin to feel lousy but manageable and bp drops for a few hours. It then sort of passes and I feel much better with more energy. My next meds are at bedtime and about 30 minutes after I wake up with coffee, I feel better again.

if you were in the UK, am1875, I’d say that a chat with the pharmacist attached to your doctor’s office or your dispensing pharmacist would be the way to go.
But you shouldn’t suffer in silence.
I don’t know what medication you take and why and it may be that you personally have to weight up the balance between length of life and quality of life.
You may need a smaller dose of medication in the morning. Check with your doctor (or pharmacist if you can't get into a doctor). In the meanwhile, record your blood pressure measurements, including if possible your standing blood pressure, (and also your pulse rate) to give them a better idea of what is going on.
Not what you're looking for?
