My dad was 42 when he had bypass surgery. His recovery was fast, he does weightlifting at gym around 4 times a week and goes for cycling on weekend. I worry every day most time of the day about his health and future. Over past couple of days he has been getting a stretching pain from the where the incision cut is. He doesnt really tell us if he's having any other symptoms just doesn't want to ever get a check up again and is scared to hospital deep down. There are no other symptoms I'm aware of that my dads having other than the stretching feeling and dad looking quite down. I don't want to keep asking if everything is ok as it worries him more.Has anyone had this stretch pain 2 years after cabg is something serious I'm scared and worried.
My dad definitely over exercises with weightlifting that has always been his biggest passion so he continues to heavy weight lift and do high intensity exercise. I feel this has always done more bad than good to his health I'm scared this can cause further problems
Please let me know if you or family member has experienced this stretch pain feeling and what it could be linked to please.
Also bit of tmi but my dad has mentioned that over last couple of days his been going to toilet 6 times a day. Again not sure if there's anything serious linked or anything.
Sorry for confusing long post but honestly I am such a worrier I am constantly upset thinking about this. My dad is young and had this surgery. I want to be healthy and not have any other pain or problems I want him to live up to a 100 yrsold if anything with us all.
