Quick question.. anyone experienced blister like effects on their legs with medication? I have never experienced anything like this and can only put it down to the medication.

hi Lee

I had a VERY bad rash on my legs shortly after starting methotrexate.

It did go away on its own but it took a good couple of months

Hope yours clears soon

Good morning LeeSF. I had reaction to Amlodipine tablets after 2 days I had blisters come up on my lower leg. And I have had problems with the blisters ever since the reaction. Brian

Amlodipine can definitely cause lower leg problems my OH got cellulitis due to taking Amlodipine and now has constant skin issue on that leg. It is now listed as a drug he is allergic to.

Yes your right. The reaction has now started affecting the other lower leg and I keep getting water blisters on a regular basis. That obviously because of the water pressure eventually burst and then I have to keep checking on them healing because of getting infection

I hope you have now stopped taking the amlodipine and antibiotics should help to clear up the damage caused
