RCA Severe Diffuse disease

I had 3x CABG May 23. I have since been told this had failed after an angiogram and an MRI. I saw interventionist cardiologist two weeks ago who said he was going to undertake a very complex procedure to try and resolve the blockage he said few people undertake the procedure, he wasn’t very clear what it is but if it failed I may have to have another CABG. The MRI said I have severe RCA diffuse disease. Anyone familiar with any of this. ?
