NHS App Cardiac Surgery Waiting List Just Disappeared?!

Hi...Long time watcher on this forum, first time poster. 🙂🙂. Just wondering if you fellow hearties can help? In March the hubby was put on a waiting list for Cardiac Surgery...It was showing on his NHS App, & everything.. .Up until a few days ago when we went to check his app, & it's just disappeared...Is this just an NHS App bug, or has he been removed from the list? We've tried to speak with someone at the hospital, but with no such luck, no one is talking to us. (TIA for all the replies, and help in advance. 🙂🙂.

'No-one is talking to us'?. Surely that depends on who you are trying to talk to? I suggest you contact the appointments team, contact details on the letter confirming the appointment. and if that doesn't work, the cardio department medical secretary. And if that doesn't work enlist the help of the hospital PALS team. All that said when you do get to the bottom of it it is likely to be an anomaly in the NHS app possibly caused by the recent worldwide IT problems which should get resolved in the near future.
