Hi Everyone thank you all for past comments Had potable ECG fitted yesterday taken back this morning told could be 12 weeks before I get results waiting for appointments for echocardiogram and to see cardiologist. Pulse low this morning when resting 38 then I get really anxious and worried any advice please. Thank you

whilst you are waiting - and I’m sorry you are having to wait so long - may I suggest you practice some breathing techniques?

Just for starters, sit down quietly and, breathing from your lower chest and not upper chest (your tummy goes up and down), inhale slowly for a count of four then exhale for a count of four. Just do it for one minute or so to start with, thinking about (for instance) a favourite view.

Next time you sit down, do the same, For say two minutes. Then, breathing slowly and quietly, imagine you are sitting comfortably by the bank of a river and you can see leaves floating gently by on the water. Take one of your worries and put it on a leaf and watch it gently float away.

There’s not much to be done about your medical problems until you see a professional about them.
