Palpitations/Arrhythmias safe/unsafe limits

So my problems still continuing, but at least I know from the angiogram done Dec 2023, my heart is clear of blockages, but I have some furring of the arteries

Does anyone know what are the safe/unsafe limits for palpitations/arrhythmias, which I'm currently experiencing. So from the beginning of May I began to use my Wellue ECG monitor to monitor my heart rate

On average in a 12 hr period, the following have been recorded

PAC (premature supraventricular contraction) = 14,000 (1450 in one hour)

Couplet of PAC = 1100 (110 in one hour)

Supraventricular Tachycardia = 150

Sometimes at night these palpitations/arrhythmias drive me up the wall, as they seem worse at night when lying down in bed. Currently waiting on someone from the hospital to get back to me

Oh my goodness, increased awareness of palpitations and arrhythmias at night can be really distressing. I work on the theory that it is the silence of the night that makes me more aware of them but maybe I should be more concerned? I find the most comfortable and quietest position to go to sleep, but not easy.
