I think it is probably during a game of charades.

I train pool lifeguards, and always observe that the best place to have a heart attack or cardiac arrest is in front of someone tasked with watching the pool continuously, who is trained in how to respond, and who has an AED on hand. I've personally called an ambulance for someone who had a heart attack in a swim session I was coaching; he survived and returned to swimming. Open water swimming by moonlight, on the other hand, is another matter. The swimmer I've mentioned was booked on an open water swimming holiday two weeks later; he was extremely fortunate in his timing.

Hi, John,

Is that actually a trick question? I thought about it—laughed—then decided that anytime is actually the worst time to have a heart attack.

They seem to always be unexpected—a shock to us—require major lifestyle and medication changes, and be a wake up call. That’s just my perspective of course.

Interesting question! Take care. 😊

My husband had his on the evening of the 26th December. It took 9 minutes for the 999 call to be answered and then another 45 minutes for the ambulance to arrive. when he eventually got to LGI he had a further wait to get into the cath lab. Whilst I am extremely greatfull that he is with me today, I also believe the delay in treatment caused his heart failure.

most likely to have a heart attack calling ‘customer service help line’ for any utility, cell phone or internet provider. I’m sure the person answering your call are trained to be as clueless, unhelpful and generally obfuscated as possible

Is this a real question? or is it some kind of joke? I've had 3 heart attacks, 2 failed stents, and a double cabg last year. None of these events were funny!? There are people out there, and I deed, i this forum who have had heart attacks, or their family have, with devastating effects. I just hope this was a genuine question, albeit a bit of a strange one.
