I know you were really down and having a rant is good for you helps get it out your system I always think and it worked for you so was well worth you ranting as look at you now :-)

I am so pleased you are feeling so much better as well as finding something which is not a bad thing to have found painting is a good distraction for you keep on painting and keep moving forward like you are and hope your partner is enjoying this happier you to :-) x

Hello :-)

We all need help from time to time when we are struggling and it is good to reach out when we do :-)

Yes I agree there is always someone worse of than you but what I believe as well is personally I feel for them and have compassion but I can only feel my own pain and suffering which because I am feeling it then that feels the worst so never feel bad that you are struggling if you are :-)

Now get a rest and keep painting when you have :-) x

So pleased to read your update and that you are starting to feel better. Painting is very therapeutic.

Hi Craig, so pleased to hear from you and that you are feeling better. Hopefully this will continue to improve but don't be too surprised if from time to time you seem to take a backward step. I have concluded that illness is like a bereavement, you have to go through the stages to get used to change and adapt your expectations to what may be different than you envisaged. This is not meant to be negative but just a heads up. Hopefully onwards and upwards from now. The painting's a great idea, must be very relaxing. Wishing you well.

Thats the great thing about forums like this you can talk about how you really feel and know you with not being judged but supported , understood and make friendships . Writing it down is a way to get it out of your mind. I know how much all the social media groups I am helps me . You can say things you can't to loved ones .

Glad painting helps you for me it's cross stitch. It's you time to slow down and is relaxing and even if you make a mistake like me miss counting my stitches only I know. I have friends with mental health issues and they find crafts of any kind helps them. One was given colouring books should say adult ones as a form of therapy. She's brilliant the way she colours them they look like painting when she's finished .

Keep looking to the present and future the past is gone nothing you can do about that but make the best of everyday.

Best wishes 🤗

That's great Craig so pleased you are feeling better. being proactive as people said has made you feel you were doing something to put things right . We all need help and its great you feel the forum has shown you that You will get there and you still have a lot of living to do where you will enjoy yourself even more as you will appreciate that it could have been a lot worse. Remember you can always have a rant on here writing it all down is theraputic
