After it taking my GPS and local hospitals 4.5 years to find my heart displacement to the left hemithorax, I thought I was going to get better. To my horror the abuse followed me to papworth hospital. I saw a thoracic surgeon yes doesn't operate on the heart?! He advised that he will not help me, he advised my displacement is not causing my symptoms (the only symptoms mybdoctor made him aware of was pain and swelling) my gp left out my organ damage, my nerve damage and my bone and bone marrow damage, he left of ny low oxgylevels my high neutrophils, my hormones and proteins, he told them the findingbwas historical. It is not unless they found this and concealed this. The GPS own the practice, I have now had to spend £500 on private consultation and 2 specialist blood tests bnp and troponin. I don't understand why I am treated this way and I am starting to believe it is intentional. I don't know where to turn to somebody that knows enough to help me properly, iv been falling through email and telephone systems for years now. Has anybody else had to advocate for themselves and if so any advice?

Im so sorry to hear how your being treated, unfortunately we all have to advocate for ourselves! ❤️I have been going to the doctors for over a year with all sorts of different issues and just being sent home with antibiotics and now I have very elevated liver enzymes and I need an urgent abdominal scan. As for the hospital Im so sorry to hear that they wont listen to you about your past health issues x. I got so fed up with my specialist hospital I asked to be transferred somewhere closer to me and i was and I'm so grateful for that. I really hope you get some well deserved help soon 💔💔x

FOR 4.5 YEARS I HAVE SUFFERED WITJ ADOMINAL AND ORGAN DAMAGE FROM BLOOD FLOW. I AM VICTIM OF ABUSE

I did, I called the police. Lol. The safe guarding teams, gmc, cqc, I have tried to raise this with everybody. I'm being murdered in plane sight. Because my doctor can't say he made a mistake.... and he's sorry. Iv looked it all up bit it's happened in such a way it's just me on my own trying to fight a corrupt system. I will die trying, probably ly after paraplegia and brain damage.

I gained access, thank u for your advice, 3 heart valves have regurgitation and I have nocturnal bradycardia and free fluid in body. This was found in 2022 and they concealed it from me. Mitral valve, tricuspid valve and pulmonic valve regurgitation.

Oh that's awful I'm so sorry to hear 💔💔😮. I had another blood test done today to see if my liver enzymes are still elevated. My abdominal ultrasound scan was normal but I still feel so awful all the time 💔😳.

It's the liver, those enzyme make u feel sooo poorly. Its good the scan was clear, but those liver enzyme still need stabling. So is it your heart, like mine causing your high liver enzyme? Blood flow ? I hope u manage to find some better days and I hope u get better. Sorry for my capitals. I tried to gain access to my records to go private but they are withholding them. Imagine being killed by negligence and cover up and it's a long slow painful death. And everybody just watches. It's inhumane

They can't withhold your records. You have a legal right to have them although you may have to pay for printing.

They are saying on the grounds of my mental health I have adhd and this has been exploited through out the process. Initially they told my my physical symptoms were mental health. Now it's proved it isn't they are using my adhd to restrict my access saying it will cause me mental and emotional distress,.. exploiting it to their advantage still. I just pray the police help me, iv been calling them for years they haven't before,.. but now I have heart displacement diagnosis I'm hoping they finally acknowledge my pleads for help and hear my suffering. Need a miracle.

Hi...They cannot withhold any Medical Records...They are Legally yours. This too is a form of Concealment by withholding information...Good Luck...

If your GP/medical team feel that there's something on your medical records that could cause physical or mental harm to you then they legally have the right to withhold that information from you. I guess whether or not they can withhold all your records would probably depend on their reasons for doing so.

The police helped me gain access, shows heart valve disease was found in 2022. 3 heart valves are impacted mitral, tricuspid and pulmonic. Shows I had 18 episodes of nocturnal bradycardia in 7 days. Also showed free fluid in the abdomen.

Shows that when I had seizures 10 years ago they found one regurgitation of tricuspid heart valve. This was missed then too. Now I have 3 valves that regurgitate.

I also have low ejection fraction.

It was solely for them that they would not give me access. Because they knew what they was hiding.

I also emailed a Dr that works for the air ambulance service. My condition is usually found in dead people. Being a air ambulance and emergency department dr. And finding his name on a old record of my heart murmur in a&e. I contacted him.

Knowing he would he have some knowledge in this area. But we will we see. But it is our absolute right to self defence from abuse and harm and the force is deemed on what u feel necessary. Its our legal right to live free of harm.

So If I have to exercise those rights I shall. News worthy too.

My hearts in the wrong place quite literally.

Thanks for ur input always appreciated.

I also don't have dandruff anymore

is the BHS able to offer any advice?

Who are they ?

Displacedheart profile image
Displacedheart in reply toHappyrosie

No I did try them, I'm having to fly to another country to feel safe in access the right help. My bnp is 73 so I'm not in heart failure but that number is higher than I'll like and with the implications to my organs and bone marrow and nerves I believe it could be causing an blood flow issue somewhere.
