Just checked my BP in the morning as part of my daily routine - whilst BP was fine, the monitor did flag up an irregular heartbeat. I took several measurements - only flagged it once. Can I safely ignore this? Had a holt done 6m ago - which was fine.

Could be you moved, or jolted, or simply an ectopic, if concerned go back to your doctor.
But nothing overly concerning, monitor and keep an eye on things, I certainly would not be stressing over this.
