So 20 months ago I had a heart attack and stent op. I've always been very active and it was out the blue π signs were there but I didn't realise what was happening. However I've been fighting back to fitness again and now training to walk 22.6 miles in April for the Glasgow kilt walk. I'm going to set up a just given page for the British heart Foundation. I'd love to hear some feedback from you all and not just assume that people will help sponsor me but it's definitely a good cause and close to all of us that have been getting support and for future research. ππβ€οΈβ€οΈ Xx

Well done you, definitely an inspiration to others. I'm sure a good level of fitness prior to any health issue must go a long way in the recovery process.
