I have had aerotic valve replaced , chronic m renal failure stage 3, is it possible to change to inlirsarin, going to cardiology at John RADCLIFFE in March

There are NICE/NHS guidelines regarding who qualifies for Inclisiran, but it can vary according to which UK country you live in. The one for England is found in here

The corner stone within that seems to be if you have a consistent fasting LDL level equal to or above 2.6mmol/l which cannot be controlled by statins and similar medication, you might qualify.

The JR cardiology team will know more.
