Well been home a week now, still wondering if tingly left arm, nervous feeling and mild discomfort in chest occasionally is normal, brain fog with mild headache also

Hi, I found it took several weeks for some symptoms to subside, including my slight discomfort in chest and certainly the nervous feeling !

Give it time , it really does take time for your body to recover.

I had 3 stents following a heart attack last February and thinking back I would say for me anyway, getting my head around what had happened was as real as the physical recovery

You will get there, but please be patient.

I'm typing this now having just got back from the gym .

I try and go 2 or 3x a week .

If you are offered cardiac rehab then grab it with both hands .

If you are not then chase it up .

I would assume 1 week on you are probably doing some gentle short walks ?

I'm now 11 months on, 3 stone lighter , running, and reversed a T2D diagnosis.

To be honest, I have not felt so good for several years ....

But take your time , you will get there .

I'm 67 btw.

Good luck 🤞

Thank you for replying, its encouraging to here that these symptoms are not unique to me and it's still early days , I suppose I worry because two prior heart attacks in 2013 and 2020 which resulted in stents had hardly no effect on me I was able to carry on as if nothing had happened more or less, thanks again, 52btw

I’m relieved reading this as I’m ten days after HA, trying to get my head around the why’s, if I can exercise etc. it was good to read your post.
