After a lifelong of high blood pressure, since a couple of years i have a extreme low blood pressure (today: 93 - 46). My GP does not seem to be concerned, but I doen't know what to make of it. It has to be said that I I feel great! No side effects whatsoever. I have four stents after 2 PCI's. Anybody in (about) the same situation or anybody who can otherwise advice me?

Low blood pressure
A BP of 93/46 does seems very low to me, but then I am not medical professional which also applies to the vast majority of members on here. You could consider getting a second opinion in addition to that of your GP, or you could contact the BHF Heart Helpline, which offers an online chat service and email as you apparently live out of the UK .

Putting your figures in your at the bottom of healthy BUT still healthy.
👍
systolic at 93 is just in the ‘normal’ range, diastolic is a bit low.
For a whil I had readings that where in the 80’s/40’s, this caused me problems with bad light headedness, my GP said he wouldn’t be concerned except for the fact I had symptoms.
We played around with my meds, ended up taking Bisoprolol morning & bedtime, losartan early afternoon, my BP settled around 90’s/50’s and I felt fine.
If you’re asymptomatic and GP isn’t worried, then I wouldn’t be either.
Really thanks voor your reply. You surely made me better sleep at night !
