What exactly is your problem? I experience no difference to non-bisoprolol winters.

Quick disclaimer : We have a cold old house but it’s not our first winter here.

This year I am feeling so much more. My fingers are losing their colour and I’m just not nearly as resiliant. As I tap this one of my thumbs is showing signs of going a little numb.

I live in an old, (draughty) house too, on the top of what's nearly a mountain. As well as the Bisoprolol joys the cold makes all my hurty bits hurt a bit more! Still, the clean air and beautiful views make it worthwhile.

I feel the cold more too. I've never had cold hands and feet before, just the opposite, but I'm all over cold now.I put layers on, I found it the only way to keep warm.

Thank you, I wouldn't have got this old if I wasn't. Apart from my mis-spent youth of course.

Exactly why i asked to try a spell off the Bisop. (1.25). A revelation!

Could you elabrate? What was the revelation? I have been trying to get off Bisoprolol for a couple of years but my GP won't have it, says I have to stay on it. I get very tired and I am convinced its the Bisoprolol, I think I might just start reducing them gradually if the GP won't play ball. MM

I'm not sure which of my meds causes cold hands and feet, even when I'm indoors, but woolly socks, fingerless gloves (even if they do make me look like Bob Crachit!) and layers of clothes in natural fibres help.
