Kardia mobile problems

Hi fellow Kardia users. My device has stopped working - failing to pick up a signal. A new battery and freshly cleaned contact pads hasn't helped. I have been using it since March 21. I think it might just need a new one but wonder what sort of life span other users have achieved. Thanks

Sorry, I can't answer as I've only had mine since September this year, but if it stoos working after 2 and a bit years tgat's not good.Have you still got the instruction book that came with it? There might be a customer service contact number in there.

Finger's crossed. They're a bit expensive to only last a couple of years.

That's reassuring at least. I'm waiting for a reply from their support services

I sent them a few screenshots too. Mine kept saying it was due to interference but it literally was showing that anywhere I was and each time I used it. New one arrived and no issues so definitely was an issue with the device. Hope they sort it for you

Alivecore support repled with suggestions and it turns out that the replacement battery wasn't inserted correctly. It is now working fine. And I am hugely embarrased both for myself and my husband (who should know better)!!! The battery goes under the 2 prongs in case anyone else needs to know. I also tightened the prongs a little as they seemed a little loose.
