Normal life with heart condition

Hi, 3 monts ago i had 4 stents put in .i have another artery blocked 60% meanwhile without intervention . My question is if after heart procédure/heat attack you came back to youre activities that you did before ? How many years are you after heart condition ? Did it West worse?or better thank you

Hi Moriela,

I think the lack of replies so far demonstrates that you have asked several unanswerable questions There are so many factors involved, for example how fit you were before tye HA and what you are now wanting to achieve. It took me three months to get fully back to climbing the hills that I used to climb before my HA. When I did, I realised that I was performing better than I had done before my HA. From what I have read on here, others have taken longer to recover, so the situation is different for each of us. Perhaps your questions are best put to the health professional dealing with your case.

The stents you have had will have dealt with the serious blockages. You have no doubt been prescribed a statin which will stabilise the plaque in the vessel with the 60% blockage. Is there any further treatment proposed for this, indeed have you been advised whether you will need further treatment... if so what and when is that likely to be? I think you need professional advice going forwards.
