I have never had faints with palpitations although i read they can be common. This morning while our walking and again a while ago at home I had sudden strong palpitations and feeling faint.Faint was transient and lasted for only moments but quite scarey nonetheless. Blood pressure was high for me....159/95.It is usually around 130/80 ish.Any ideas...To worry or not worry?Had AF for many years with bad and good times but nothing like this Any ideas?
