Just be carefull wearing a monitor all the while doesn't increase the anxiety and become an obsession.

Hi Deack

Although not the same device, I remember when I first got my Apple Watch I was obsessed with the readings on it for about a year. I would constantly find myself checking it or performing an ECG on it every time I experienced discomfort in my chest. You’re quite right in saying they can induce anxiety and perhaps worry. I wouldn’t dare leave the house without it or go to sleep without it. However, I am now much better with it and rarely remember to look at it.

Thanks for the reminder.

All the best.
