Hi Guys hope you all had a great day. Was a super early start for me woke up at 6 to get to the hospital for 10.30 but I actually ended up getting there an hour before and was seen too straight away. I asked if I can send the monitor back and I'm able too which I'm thrilled about. I got another travel expenses form and I went to there cashiers office and they were closed!!! So I just emailed them so I can get my money back. I done 18, 000 steps today so I wonder what my ecg is looking like all I know is I'm exhausted! 💔. Going to gym tomorrow and then shopping so another busy day to add to my ecg I've already added few symptoms to my symptom diary.

Anway have a good evening everyone!❤️

Well done you. I expect you are relieved the tests are over. Hope the results are ok for you. Did they say when you will hear? Take care. 🥰

Thanks! Yeah well relived, just got two more appointments and then I'm done, an asthma review and cardiac MRI. Yeah I'm hoping results are ok I probably won't find out until a few months time! 😅🥰

I love your positive attitude. I'll start practicing that as well. Do your doctors advise on what workouts to do or to avoid? Mine advise me to avoid weights or any exercise requiring me to hold my breath. I think the call it valsavic breathing. I hope you have another great day.

Cheers from the States.

Ah thank you! Yeah Im not allowed to do weight lifting because it raises my blood pressure too much. I can do cardio, like exercise bike and treadmill. I just got back from gym 😅😎. Thanks so much I hope you do to! What kind of heart Condition do you have? Hope you don't mind me asking x

I'm glad to share my condition. I have a bicuspid aortic valve with an ascending aortic aneurysm. No stenosis detected and no significant regurgitation. It's congenital. Been monitoring for 13 years.

My exercises are swimming, biking and walking. X

Ah thanks for sharing x. You do so well with everything you going through. I aslo have a bicuspid aortic valve severe aortic regurgitation and moderate stenosis it's also congenital. Will eventually require valve replacement surgery. Well done with all your exercising! 😁

Hi, Yumz199725,

Wow! I am impressed by the 18,000 steps! You are definitely up and about each day. You inspire me to want to be more like you in that area.

You (and others) will likely laugh at my efforts, but I finally hit over 3,000+ steps daily last week. That doesn’t sound like much, but it felt like a lot to me.

Anyway, I’m glad that things went so well in getting your monitor at the hospital, and in how it is working out for you! Best wishes! ❤️

P.S. I go for my echocardiogram in 11 days—starting to build up some anxiety.
