Heart Health on sky Sports Cricket

Came in from the garden whilst the lunch interval was on during the Ashes coverage on Sky Sports.

Came in half way through a piece they were doing on heart health and how sportsman even if they are fit can have heart issues (they were interviewing ex England cricketers Rob Key and David Gower) they also showed if someone was to get checked out what they can expect (another ex cricketer Mark Butcher) did this.

Main point was if you feel you have a problem get it checked out, as getting it early stops problems later on (I know its too late for most of us).

Good to see this being done though (I expect it will be shown again).

Hello :-)

I know this is 2 months ago you posted but very true even sportsmen who seem to be fit can find themselves with issues so it is always wise to get anything checked out if you are unsure

Hope you were pleased at how well England did with the Cricket they really pulled it back even though a little to late but still they did good to do so :-) x

Hello Bekind28, so true and not just heart issues, having to go through some major 'invasions' at the moment to check out something else, (including a CT scan this afternoon on a bank holiday).

Spot on synopsis Bekind, you should be a summariser 😀. x
