Does anybody have any information re the use of the above, in particular in relation to pad, atrial fabrillation, etc when on beta blockers, blood pressure tablets, apixaban, statins?

Does it help anyway with claudification in the legs?

Any practical advice suggestions?

Hi, an interesting post. I had to look up claudication, basically a cramping pain in the legs. I have had cramping in my calf muscles and pain spasms on entering cold water for a swim since my stroke 15 months ago and having never ever been afflicted by this in a lifetime of swimming assumed it was a consequence of Clopidogrel/Atorvastatin regime, recently changed to EDOXABAN, yet to see whether I still experience pain after this change.

Hi again, I also had to look up rutin too, basically a bioflavonoid occurring naturally in Apple skin, onions, and lots of other staple foods so shouldn't need supplements in a healthy diet. This paper gives a good review and says the evidence is weak for supplements. It also suggests consulting a GP if on any blood thinning medication. Hope this helps.verywellhealth.com/the-bene...
