Hi Charleslim, unless you have symptoms as others said, try to enjoy life and do not worry about this. If you do have angina or other symptoms and given your history, an angiogram may be the best option. However, depending on your symptoms your GP and cardiologist may decide to do something less evasive, such as a cardiac stress test, but no doubt they can advice you better. Hope this helps.
I have had the same question as my biomarkers had been perfect for last 10 years and then discovered that all the 3 major arteries were blocked and needed stenting. So now I am looking for a non-invasive way to measure the progress of the disease. Since I am in the US, I have looked at this cleerlyhealth.com/heart-dis... but I am not sure how effective is it in measuring plaque for someone with stents.
