After widowmaker HA and 1xstent in Jan 22. I was put on 80mg Atorvastatin plus usual meds. My cholesterol reduced from 5 to 2.5 within 4 months. Just had it checked again and its now 1.1 should my Atorvastatin be reduced?

That's one for your doctor I'm afraid, we can't advise on medication changes.

Only your Dr can advise on whether your cholesterol is too low. What I can say though, based on personal experience following my HA in November, is that I had a similar drop from 5.something to 2.1 after 4 months or so on 80mg of Atorvastatin. My Cardio Dr dropped the dosage to 40mg to, in his words, lower the medication assault on my body. At the same time he stopped my dose of 1.25mg of Bisoprosol. He also stopped lansaprozole because of the side effects from that although I've now been prescribed famatodine (sp) to help my tum.
