EF improvement after bypass

Good morning all,

For those that remember my husband is currently awaiting a quad bypass. His EF is 20% atm and I wondered if anyone else had been thru the same and could advise me on what to expect in terms of recovery after bypass and if EF is likely to improve after the surgery?

Most bypass patients see at least five percentage points of EF improvement, some a great deal more.
