It's possible I had to much caffeine today but I had some very strange feelings. I was walking somewhere, when i rested I was breathless, had pain and tingling in my back the pain moved to my chest felt tight and then went to my arm and then my jaw it went away so obviously it wasnt anything to be concerned about but I can't help it still concerned as to why this happened I looked up on NHS and it mentioned about Angina is it possible it could be or was an anxiety attack??? Just really confused 😕

Random feeling earlier this evening wasn't sure what it was?
I’d also say could be either and as it’s new for you best to get it checked.
I get more intense angina episodes from say walking up the stairs like a “normal person” so end up worse than my “standard/ongoing chest tightness/ breathlessness whilst standing / walking slowly I.e. goes into left arm and jaw, very breathless and heart thumping. But it subsides after a few minutes.
If yours came on as a result of physical exertion like during or after walking then more likely to angina. But I’m only going on my own experience.
Definitely worth mentioning at least to a GP in first instance.

don’t want to worry you but I’d make an appointment with your GP
just because it went away doesn’t mean it isn’t anything, so probably a good idea to get checked out for your own peace of mind.
Unexpected and new symptoms like this, especially, need to checked out. Just because it went away this time does not mean it has gone forever.I don't want to alarm you but this really needs investigation.
Best wishes
Hi Wilsond I agree and I'm going to doctors tomorrow it probably will be nothing to be worried about but I always say better to be safe then sorry 😌.
Good woman. Check it out. Please report back. I always say,get my monies worth from NHS I've paid in!Even for peace of mind.
Now then. From an old bird, take a notepad in.
Write down any questions you have with space under to write.
Make sure you get to ask them, and make a point of writing their answers down. If unsure, ask them to repeat.
Then...Read it back.
Look in the eye and say, correct?
Put notebook away and say ' so I expect a response by.....?'
Best wishes ❤️
You should be checked if it's something new. My unstable angina pains never begin in my chest, always back, jaw or stomach! In the meantime, if you are unable to arrange an appointment, you could buy a GTN spray from the pharmacy and speak to pharmacist on correct way to use it. If pain goes, it's probably angina.
Thanks for your reply. It was more likely to be anxiety but I will go to my GP on Friday just to be safe. I will mention I didn't eat much yesterday so that couldn't of helped but I have noticed for a few weeks now when I'm walking I get tight sensation in my chest dosent last long but does happen I know all sorts of things could be triggering it and I can't always assume it's heart related but with my history I think it's safe to assume that it's possible it could be heart related 😕.
