Magnesium taurate

Hello, I have been trying to research whether it is safe to use this supplement with edoxaban and Bisoprolol. Is anyone else taking it?

Give your dispensing pharmacist a ring they will let you know.

I take Magnesium in the bath water { strong } to help with both sleep and restless leg syndrome.

Remember that the skin is our biggest organ and will slowly absorb into the bloodstream both the water and the Magnesium, by-passing the stomach and the problems taking it as an oral supplement can have.

BUT only take it when you have had the ok from your medical team/Dr/Pharmacist

I am on bisoprolol and other medicines and i got ok from my cardiologist to take magnesium taurate . I have been taking them for 4 months no issue .. still best to consult with your Dr before taking one

when you have checked this with your pharmacist I advise that you proceed with caution....... i have tried various magnesium supplements, including mag. taurate, all in low doses initially ...... they all coincided with unfortunate effects on my guts (no details but it was not fun!) - i don't like to say they caused this but the coincidence seems to point that way - it has taken many months for things to return to normal
