Hi does anyone know if instead of ground exercise, we can have access to pools for low income families in UK?

If you contact your local Swimming baths in your area and ask them they will tell you if they have any schemes or discounts they can offer you
Good Luck x
Some GPs in the UK will refer you for an exercise programme at a local Leisure Centre which includes swimming at a concessionary rate. Alternatively, some local council run Leisure Centres offer reduced membership rates to families on certain benefits. Plus there are sometimes special Family Swim days at weekends at concessionary rates. Good luck.
Our area only does swimming as part of physio for people in chronic pain, arthritis, recovering from injury and such.
