Really appreciated all the input from everyone thanks so much. So I spoke with my consultant today and he is very happy for me to join the gym π yay! And he advised no lifting any weights cause can raise my blood pressure which they really don't want. Also to go few days a week and to rest in between days so I don't over do it. To always go on a full stomach just a cereal bar or something. And best cardio equipment to use would be treadmill and exercise bike so yeah so glad I got in touch with my consultant.

Thanks so much yeah very happy about being able to go to the gym. And my consultant was so helpful. Yeah my brother said something about the stepper that would help aswell because I get so tired walking up stairs and my legs do aswell so that will really help. πΆββοΈπ π π
