Really appreciated all the input from everyone thanks so much. So I spoke with my consultant today and he is very happy for me to join the gym ๐ yay! And he advised no lifting any weights cause can raise my blood pressure which they really don't want. Also to go few days a week and to rest in between days so I don't over do it. To always go on a full stomach just a cereal bar or something. And best cardio equipment to use would be treadmill and exercise bike so yeah so glad I got in touch with my consultant.
