Ongoing nausea

I am on the full cocktail of meds for HCM and AF. Bisoprolol was changed to 6.25 mg Nebivolol 5 weeks ago due to increased PVCs which are now under control. Am suffering with constant pretty bad nausea BUT this had started on and off a few weeks before the change of beta blocker. I was having good and bad days of nausea but for the last week there has been no let up. Dr can’t help as no “red flags” of pain etc.

Can anyone suggest anything helpful? Can’t hardly eat and am desperate! Is this in fact unconnected with heart issues?

My appetite is all over the place since my bisoprolol was doubled. Nausea seems to happen at those times in not hungry.

am on 6.25 bisoporol and have been for 7 yrs, not had problems with nausea, but terrible pains in kidneys.
