hi all, I have been on verapamill for the past couple years recently I have noticed I can become dizzy unbalanced after a work out at gym.

These are other side effects. Waking up feeling low mood? Hissing in the ears. Has anyone else experienced this and if so what was the alternative? Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks

Go talk to your prescribing health professional and explain you may be having side effects from your medication to find out what options are available. You could also talk to a pharmacist but they will not be able to change your prescription to an alternative should that be required. Most people on here are not medically trained and will only be able to comment on their experiences, which may not be applicable to you, which is why you need to speak to a health professional.
