At the moment having chest pain and left arm pain. With tiredness. Tried my gtn spray. Work for a bit then wears off.

Definitely ring 111.No chest and arm pain should be ignored.

Yes. I agree with the others. Do get checked out when you get chest and left arm pain.

If you try GTN spray, and the pain returns over the next few minutes, this is the guidance I got

‘If you are reaching for a third spray, then it’s urgent. Call an ambulance’’.

When I went to A&E department last time . Stay in over night give me blood pressure tablet and injection in stomach and aspirin. Then turn round said acid reflux. Sent home with nothing. Fobbed off.

Do you have your diagnosis written in a letter somewhere? If so ,take it with you next time. I have microvascular angina and spasm and sometimes depending on severity and duration of angina I will need to keep taking the spray alot. It allways works though.

I am getting more out of breath everyday. Just woke up can't keep my eyes open. Also ache left arm and chest pain only walking across the landing to the bathroom.
