I have regional wall motion abnormality(Hyopokenitic wall motion Left Ventricle) and having breathlessness and chest pain as well. I had my bypass LAD 6 months back. I am on Valsartan 40 mg twice a day along with dapagliflozin along with statin and blood thinners. Is any one with wall motion abnormality have breathlessness / chest pain complaints?.

Breathlessness and chest pains?! Perhaps you should be first talking to your GP, or at least the BHF Helpline nurse. 👍
