Having been waiting since March 2020 to get my hole in my heart sorted, I received an OP appointment for October - 16 weeks time. So I emailed the PAL's at the hospital and detailed the problems I have had with lost referrals etc. I then get a copy of a letter addressed to the children's hospital (I'm 71!) so phoned up as I now have a number to ring. No appointments til October. Email sent on Monday, phone call yesterday from the ACHD nurse saying get your teeth checked, you'll be done soon! I know we have had Covid but I am getting more breathless! Result!
