I am so delighted to tell you that I have raised a modest but meaningful amount for the BHF on the occasion of my birthday. This was achieved through the support of Facebook. It was a wonderful experience to know I have been able to support for a just cause and that so many of my Facebook friends are concerned about the heart diseases and related condition like diabetes, stroke , cerebrovascular dementia and heart diseases and connected conditions as mentioned are the main cause of ill health and the worst killer in U.K.
