Kardia Mobile glitch?

Has anyone experienced a recent issue where a reading is started & after approx 7/8 seconds it stops & restarts the ecg reading again often losing the record of an arrhythmia /Ectopic episode ? I have tried a new battery & reinstalled the App but it still persists. Waiting for a reply from Kardia Support now. I've not had this issue before .

Seems your device is skipping beats. Have it replaced.

I didn't have that exact problem. But I kept getting notification there was electrical interference and the trace was unreadable. I tried changing the battery. No good. I then contacted Kardia. They said the Kardia was not compatible with my phone. That was strange because I'd been using it with the same phone previously. Anyway I ended up buying a new Kardia and this one works fine. The old one was 5 years old.

Alivecor/KARDIA finally resolved the issue with a software update. All working fine again now.
