"FLO" keeps telling me to follow the advice in my shared action plan...
I've been on Blood Pressure Tablets for just over a month and have no idea what a "shared action plan is" is.
The tablets have not made any difference in my opinion in relation to my BP over this month, I realise I didn't k ow what it was before monitoring it for the last month and a half, but they haven't changed my BP.
Any advice what a shares action plan is?
Thanks in advance.

BP does vary according to all sorts of factors. However if your readings of 144/87 and 167/101 are typical and taken whilst you are rested and seated it suggests you still have high BP. I suggest you get to see the health professional supervising your medication as soon as you can to review your situation, without it being treated as an emergency.
