Good morning hearties . I’ve had this for a while now and I don’t know weither to be worried or not . Anyway , stemi plus 2 stents plus balloon in April last year . I have an ef of 40% .

At night this happens most but also during the day at times . So I’m laying down reading and out of nowhere I feel this punch in my heart , this jolts my body obviously, sometimes it can be very painful sometimes more like slap . Yano that feeling you get when your asleep and falling and you suddenly wake up ? So it’s like that kinda but not really. Which makes no sense I know . Anyway this happens every night at least four or five times . It feels like my heart is turning inside out or something. Anyone know what this is ? Or am I just weird . I should add I not not falling asleep when this strikes I’m usually reading . Tia

Dear Notdead.

Why would you not worry? This heart feeling is not right /normal for you and needs investigation, hopefully it is nothing and if it is something you have caught it in its infantry.
