Walking buddies wanted!

Hello

As a newbie to the world of (post-bypass) walking, I wondered if anyone fancied meeting up for a bit of a yomp.

I’m now up to 7km, but would welcome walking buddies at any stage of their journey back to health.

I live in London N22 - close to Alexandra Park, which has endless possibilities for lovely walking. Coincidentally, it also has a fab cafe at Ally Pally Station!

Who’s in?

Hello :-)

This is a lovely Community with some lovely members but it is always best to get to know someone before meeting up with them when you are on these sites

I wonder if you have been to Rehab classes ?

That is a good way to get to know people in your area and go walks with so if you have not been to any Rehab classes I would find where they are in your area you could very well find a walking buddy that way :-)

You sound like your recovery is going really well , keep up the good work :-) x

Too far away from me I'm afraid....but I'm sure I would enjoy the cafe! If they do toasted teacakes of course!
