Chest pain

Looking for some advice. I’ve had a pacemaker for a year. When I get too hot I get chest pains, is this normal?. I take Nifedipine for raynaulds, could this be causing the problem. Thank you

Hi I to have a pacemaker but even before that I used to find if i got hot hot it made me feel Ill and had to quickly drink cold water or take off a layer of clothes may be it's to do with being a female but you would think at 82 I would have stopped having those symptoms Good luck
