Evening all well things still aren’t fab but a little better. I’m going to have early night and hopefully feel better tomorrow. I’m very tired and going to take some Oramorph and paracetamol, and hope to sleep longer than 3 hours tonight

I’m 100 percent focused on losing the weight so hopefully once I can show Newcastle that I’m committed things will move forward. In the mean time leads are keeping an eye on things xxxxx
