Little wobble today

Good evening all I've not written for a while but have been keeping up to date with everyone, Got up this morning with pain to the top left going through to my back,I put it down to sleeping funny but then I started getting a burning sensation in my throat (that I've not had since my ha in July last year) and that's been me all day worrying that it's going to be another heart attack,the water works have been in full swing again,went to my cardiac class today and explained how I was feeling and got the works done,blood pressure was good,heart rate was good blood oxygen was spot on,went ahead and done my class with no problem, its now nearly 7pm and I've still got a slight burning going on don't know what to do.Sorry for the long post 😃

I've never had a heart attack, but if I had any pain like you describe I would either ring 999 or the NHS no 111.

If you don't have a cardio contact, get in touch with your GP, or try 111. This might be nothing, but it needs checking out.

You have a right to be worried as these feelings are not normal for you. Like your other answers this need urgent investigation, it maybe nothing {hopefully} but better to be safe than sorry { daft saying }

Phone your GP/Heart team, 111 now please.

Thanks for your reply,I went and seen about the pain got a wee ear full for not going to see about it right away,hooked up to all sorts again blood work done and Dr said nothing to worry about,(easier said than done )they thinking I've just pulled something at work,I just need to keep telling myself I'm not invincible and ask for help.
