Slow arrhythmia and Famotidine

I stated getting occasional arrhythmia attacks with A F about 15 years ago. I used Bisoprolol as a pill in pocket and took 2.5mg when needed. Recently I started getting occasional low B.P. And low pulse rate (45-50) but no symptoms finger oximeter always above 95 but I now get normal pulse rate arrhythmia that doesn't stop for over 24 hours. I now take 2.5 mg/day but the slow arrhythmia still occurs about once a week. It may be a coincidence but I have recently been taking a high dose of Famotidine for acid reflux I have had for decades.

Does anyone else have AF but not elevated pulse rate? Also has anyone experienced heart problems with Famotidine?
