Change in arrhythmia

Hi, not posted for ages. Has anyone had experience of having pacemaker fitted for one arrhythmia (bradycardia, heart block) and then after fitted start to get a different arrhythmia (tachycardia)? Just trying to find out if this is normal and PM settings need adjusted or unusual to be happening. Cardiologist wants a holter monitor fitted to track what heart is now doing. Thanks for any advice.

Me! I had pacemaker fitted last year for Brady and now over past couple of weeks I have felt palpitations and my heart misses beats but pacemaker check didn't pick anything up. Thinking I might need ECG.

Ended up settings needed changed on PM. Due to heart dropping then PM kicked in but then was shooting up heart rate after it kicked in so changed settings and seems to be ok? Although they don’t record tachycardia anymore as turned that part off PM. no racing heart so must be working what ever they did.

Me to, had pm for bradycardia and pauses, monitor last year showed constant ectopics and svt, I had both before but levels have increased enough for my cardio to be concerned. Pacing check due in July so will see what it shows.
