Hi everyone, I posted on here a month ago asking advice on a PIP phone consultation….I got some great tips but the best of the lot was joining the benefits & works website which I did & gained great information so I’m delighted to let you all know that I got to keep my standard PIP payments but….also was awarded standard mobility payment, thanks to everyone who sent me tip’s Cheers

I've been on B & W for years; their advice helped me with 4 tribunals which I won. The one time I used Welfare Rights, I Lost despite being on high rate DLA for care and mobility for 20 years. I was worried when I had to change from DLA to PIP but it was fine and I got "!indefinite" instead of the usual 2 years.

Hi it’s benefitsandwork.co.uk Hope that helps, there is some free advice but if your going for a tribunal or having a phone consultation & need advice then my my advice would be to subscribe it’s £19.99 for the full year Best money I’ve spent in years

Good Luck

I have used the service twice. In my review 2 years ago, I was awarded enhanced for both sections, indefinitely.

My advice, get all your documents ready before hand. I sent in all my clinic letters, hospital discharge letters, relevant test results and prescriptions.

I drowned them in paper work. I submitted 48 pages of documentation.

Describe how your heart condition effects you on your worse day.

Good luck.
